2. Our Services

We provide domestic laundry services including washing, drying, and folding, as agreed at the time of booking.

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


3. Bookings

  • All bookings are made through website

  • A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by us

  • We reserve the right to refuse unsuitable items


4. Turnaround Times

  • Standard service: 48 hours

  • Express service: 24 hours, subject to availability and additional cost

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Detergents & Allergies

  • Standard products: Smol™non-bio detergent, and Ecover fabric softeners

  • Alternative products if selected by clients Fairy non-bio detergent and Fairy fabric softeners
  • Additional products: Smol ™ stain gel
  • Customers must notify us of allergies or requirements at booking

  • Customer-supplied products are used at the customer’s risk


6. Customer Responsibilities

You confirm that:

  • You own or are authorised to launder the items

  • Care labels are accurate and readable

  • Pockets are emptied

  • Alert us to any specific washing requirements of garments 

We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.


7. Care & Damage

We are not responsible for:

  • Colour bleeding

  • Shrinkage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect or missing care labels

Delicate or specialist items are cleaned at the customer’s risk unless agreed in writing.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of return.


8. Loss or Irreparable Damage

Our liability is limited to the lower of:

  • The reasonable current value of the item, or

  • The cost of the service for that item

We do not accept liability for sentimental value.


9. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are estimated at booking

  • Final price confirmed once items are weighed

  • Payment terms agreed by email


10. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made by acccessing your order 

  • Charges may apply for work already completed


11. Hygiene & Safety

We cannot accept items that are:

  • Heavily soiled with bodily fluids

  • Infested with pests

  • Contaminated with hazardous substances


12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under Scots law


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.


14. Changes to These Terms

The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
